Mô tả công việc
* Job Purpose:
- As the Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing financial operations and ensuring effective decision-making within our production plant. Your primary responsibility will be to establish a robust reporting system based on SAP data, providing valuable insights to drive business performance.
* Job Duties:
- You will analyze and report all production-relevant key figures to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
- You are responsible for the preparation of deviation analyses, profitability calculations, special evaluations and ad-hoc reports.
- Monitor production expenses, including raw materials, labor, and overhead costs.
- Support with calculations for Make or Buy Decisions
- Utilize SAP software to track and manage production-related data.
- Design and implement reporting structures within SAP to enhance visibility into production costs, inventory levels, and efficiency metrics.
- You will be involved in projects and special topics within the scope of controlling.
Yêu cầu
* Requirement:
- Business studies, ideally in the field of finance, accounting or production, or have a comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position (production or manufacturing environment preferred)
- Financial planning and analysis, Production analysis
- English fluent, SAP S/4 Hana, Excel, BI/Reporting, Analytical and attention to detail
