This position will be fully responsible for financial control and analysis to support the BOM'sBOM's decision with strategic advice.
Description
* Coordinate with investment, legal team to form the structure for buying projects, lands (include but not limited in negotiation, preparation, review the model, legal documents, [protected info]), expand the business
* Coordinate with design, marketing, sale team to build strategic, to design product and set up the efficient payment scheme
* Manage all company finance functions to ensure financial transactions, policies, and procedures are implemented and complied
* Prepare, control and review budget for all projects.
* Coordinate with other departments and partners to ensure the project run well as budgeted and comply with policy
* Manage tax (VAT, CIT, PIT, WHTWHT) and other statutory reports to ensure it's submitted on time and accurately. Being the contact point interact with external parties regards to financial matters of the projects.
* Set up finance and accounting system, procedure, policy (include accounting software, internal and external reports, ......)
* Ensure the reports are generated accurately and on time. Analysis the reports to provide accurate information to BOD
* Monitor and ensure financial transaction and event compliance with IFRSIFRS and VASVAS, company group's policy, guidelines, and applicable Vietnam State regulations, codes, rules, ordinances, and/or statutes.
* Perform other duties of a similar nature or level.
Profile
* At least 8-10 years'years' experience in Finance/Accounting, specifically in Real Estate Industry
* Bachelor/ Master Degree in Finance And Accounting, or equivalent
* Sharp analysis skill set and strong knowledge in IFRSIFRS/VASVAS, Due Diligence
* Excellent communication in English and Vietnamese
* Professional, can do attitude, open to travel for business, ambitious
