Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead the FP&A Reporting process and support Finance Manager for all Budget, forecast, 5YP and any other FP&A reports, submissions as required per global calender.

• Ownership of TM1 and FP&A calendar for the country

• Ownership of all trackers and decks required for the FP&A reporting.

• Ensuring clear and transparent communication across departments and with Region for information and timelines.

• To complete the VPC, Unusuals, and other insights, explanations for the FP&A reports and decks.

• Ensure meaningful insights and analysis on the FP&A reports to support Region review.

• Ensuring no errors and that the numbers are in line as agreed upon in the review meetings / basis FD feedback

• Following the countries guidelines and timelines are in line with expectations of regional/ Global team.

• To implement Global best practices of FP&A.



Business cost finance support

• Provide insights on Cost control and supply chain finance related agenda and support business decisions.

• Be a partner to the Procurement, Capex, Manufacturing, Logistics Departments in providing finance perspective on business decisions.

• Cost analytics of procurement - analyse cost savings, support business decisions

• Cost analytics of Manufacturing - analyse cost savings, support business decisions

• Cost analytics of Logistics - analyse cost savings, support business decisions

• Cost analytics of Capex and related operating costs- analyse cost savings, support business decisions

• Provide insights to reporting team on various forecasts, budgets, 5YP on cost saving projects and impacts to provide meaningful reporting.
