FINANCIAL PLANNING ANALYST (FP&A)
- Work location: District 4 - HCMC
- Working time: Monday - Friday
MAIN DUTIES:
1. Financial Plan, Budgeting & Forecasting
Prepare effective models, template, and presentation for budget/forecast to meet deadline and accuracy.
Check the quality of information accurately and carefully.
Coordinate with other departments within the company to ensure them meet budget/forecast submission deadlines with quality data.
Provide effective analysis for management decision. Continuously improve data efficiency.
2. Reporting
Provide timely and accurate Group IMR commentary report, and monthly EBITDA variance waterfalls in compliance with Insee Accounting and Reporting Principle and IFRS (monthly, quarterly, annual).
Improve format & quality of reports to meet management requirements timely and efficiently.
Back up for Reporting Supervisor.
3. Analysis
Provide variance analysis of the monthly financial and non-financial KPIs with insightful comments.
4. Internal Control
Acts as second line of defense for Insee Minimum Controls as applicable and eliminates any control weaknesses identified.
5. Other Adhoc
Respond to inquiries from the FP&A superintendent, Financial Controller, Finance Director and other internal customers regarding planning, financial analysis, and reporting requests.
Yêu cầu
1. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting
IFRS
2. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
At least 3 years relevant working experience in same position in foreign owned companies.
Previous reporting and planning experience in a complex heavy industry (manufacturing preferred).
Excellence in Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Power Point
Ability to present high quality management information for presentation and decision making
Excellent numeracy skills with an attention to detail
Strong analytical skills
SAP experience on data extraction and reporting
Good communication, presentation and listening skills.
Strong teamworking
Fluency in both Vietnamese and English
Self-motivated and pro-active.
