Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Financial Senior Executive (Manufacturing, $1200, ID-19976):
Data Analysis: Gather and analyze financial information for internal use; evaluate business performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
Forecasting: Prepare financial forecasts to support strategic business planning and executive decision-making.
Cost Control: Analyze cost behavior and detect abnormal trends; collaborate closely with factory accounting departments to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
Reporting: Consolidate management reports for subsidiaries within the group, including Cash Flow statements, P&L, and Balance Sheets.
Advisory: Advise management on financial problems and suggest actionable improvements to business processes.
Other Tasks: Perform additional financial duties as assigned by the FM and CFO.
Requirement
Gender: Female (Preferred).
Age: Maximum 35 years old.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience: * At least 04 years of experience in a similar position.
Strong background in costing, financial risk, and cash flow management within FDI manufacturing environments.
Candidates from Big 4 or Audit firms providing services to FDI clients are highly encouraged to apply.
Skills & Competencies
Language: Advanced English proficiency
Technical Skills: Proficient in ERP/SAP, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
Mandatory Knowledge: Strong expertise in Audit Reports, Financial Reporting, Business Statistics, and Financial Accounting.
Soft Skills: High attention to detail, diligence, and excellent communication skills.
