FINISHED GOODS PART LEADER

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and oversee all SCM-FG department operations, including production planning, delivery scheduling, workforce management, quality control, equipment utilization, and material management.
Conduct capacity analysis, identify potential constraints, and develop solutions to ensure production and delivery targets are achieved. Prepare and present operational reports to Korean management.
Supervise, evaluate, and develop team members through performance management and continuous training initiatives to enhance overall departmental capabilities.

REQUIREMENTS:
College degree or above in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM), production planning, and delivery coordination.
Able to communicate effectively in English for work purposes; Korean language skills are an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.
BENEFITS:
Salary: VND 20-30 million/month + overtime allowance.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 24 working days per month (off 4 Sundays and 2 alternating Saturdays).
13th-month salary and 12 annual leave days per year.
Social insurance in accordance with Vietnamese labor law and 24/24 health insurance coverage.
Company shuttle bus provided from Hải Phòng city to the factory.
