Job Description

Job Title: Fit Model - Shoes

Location: Hải Phòng

Job Type: On-site/ Full time

Position Overview:

We are seeking professional Fit Models to join our team and assist in the development and design of our footwear collections. As a Fit Model, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our shoes fit and function correctly for our target market. We are looking female models with a shoe size of 6 (UK).

Key Responsibilities:

Fitting Sessions: Participate in scheduled fitting sessions to test the fit, comfort, and overall design of new shoe prototypes and samples.
Feedback: Provide detailed and constructive feedback on the fit, comfort, and design of the shoes during fittings. Communicate any issues or discomfort experienced.
Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, and technicians to help refine shoe designs and ensure they meet the required standards and specifications.
Flexibility: Be available for fittings on short notice and accommodate the scheduling needs of the product development team.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Shoe Size Requirements: Female: 6 UK.
Physical Requirements: Maintain consistent foot and body measurements. Good posture and the ability to stand for extended periods.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to provide clear and precise feedback.
Language Proficiency: Good command of English or Chinese.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of fit and comfort in footwear.
Experience: Previous experience as a fit model. A passion for footwear and fashion is highly desirable.
