1. Operation tasks
Direct supervising staff & daily club operation.
Staff working shift arrangement.
Process for Monthly Payment & Revenue Collection.
Training new staffs, Motivating staffs.
Handle Feedback, Complaints & Incidents: emergency, accident or theft.
Support in the management area.
2. Sales & Customer care
Maintain high levels of customer care, provide information and answer customer questions about the club.
Support in Membership Sale.
3. Admin work
Do administrative work.
Prepare monthly and annual budget to purchase goods.
Prepare payment documents for purchased goods according to company procedures.
Prepare payment documents in the management area according to company procedures.
Yêu cầu
Male/Female: 22-30 years old
2 years experience working as Admin/ Supervisor
Prefer having experience at Fitness center
Prefer good communication in English or Korean
Service minded, hardworking, honest, careful and good looking.
