Fleet and Training Officer (Contractor 5 Months)

Key Activities:
- Support OBC & Fleet sup to work with HR, HSE to prepare annual nationwide training plan
- Develop material, quiz, questionnaires to evaluate training method, training result
- Implement and tracking action plan of TEMV, TELPGV and transporters in South to improve safety management system per PATROM requirement, ICT audits, Internal audit
- Support OBC & Fleet sup to update Emergency Response Plan, Security Plan, and Large-Scale Drill, CME
- Implement MOC / RA / CTA / JSA of transportation activities
- Base on CTA/JSA to identify, plan & purchase PPE for drivers/helpers
- Prepare and get approval for Derogation of technical variants per company rules, follow up and monitor mitigations
- Consolidate, update, track logistic safety KPIs
- Frequently safety report/KPIs & actions to HSE, APME, and management
- Support OBC & Fleet sup on frequently maintenance reports
- Translate from English to Vietnamese and share to drivers/transporters (REX, Audit result) for improvement plan
- Fulfill other tasks and/or assignments requested by the direct supervisor and/or the board of management
