Mô tả công việc
1) Ensure and collect essential information such as NOTAM, weather forecast, and actual weather reports required for flight planning and briefing
2) Collect and summarize any adverse effecting of aircraft status reported from flight deck crews and mechanics, and follow up the progress of maintenance actions
3) Prepare and provide meteorological information and NOTAM outstation dispatch
4) Prepare, file and update the ATS flight plan.
5) Handle flight movement messages and any other necessary data on customer airline's flights to appropriate functions in accordance with agreements
6) Confirmed by the Duty Manager the Officer is to coordinate with other concerned in case of delays, cancelations or technical problems and thus makes the link with the flight operations, the Ground Operations, the Maintenance and the Commercial units. He must ensure that decisions are taken to solve an operational problem, ensure the safety of the flight first and secondly penalize the less possible the operations and the associated flights.
7) Ensure all pre-flight documents is/are correctly prepared and is/are placed in the dispatch folder
8) Coordinate closely with Crewing Officers and Duty Manager and brief the Duty Dispatcher constantly on if there are any changes
9) Process all post-flight documents appropriately
10) All Post Flight Documents must be returned to the originating station
11) Perform other duties assigned by the Duty dispatcher
Yêu cầu
1) Graduated from University, or aviation school specializing in air traffic;
2) Fluently in English skills (speaking, writing, listening, and reading), TOEIC score of minimum 500 or English Bachelor degree;
3) Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint, Vision, etc...);
4) Age: 22 -35 years old;
5) Willing to work in shifts;
6) Good health.
License: Dispatcher (if possible)
