Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in mobile app development.
Proficiency in Flutter and Dart programming language.
Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns.
Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills in English/Japanese
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with Japanese clients or in a multicultural environment.
Knowledge of other mobile development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Swift, Kotlin).
Understanding of Agile methodologie
3+ years of experience in mobile app development.
