Mô Tả Công Việc

Scope of Position:

Primary responsibility of the F&B Supervisor is to supervise the day to day operations of the F&B Service operations.
Support the F&B Manager and/or the Assistant F&B Manager to provide sufficient training and implementing adequate procedures to ensure the level of service and operating standards offered are in line with Hoiana Shores Golf Club's positioning and operating strategy.
Support the F&B Manager and/or the Assistant F&B Manager in maximizing sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Supervise the day-to-day operations of the F&B Service department.
Manage guest queries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
Support to develop, implement and monitor operating policies and procedures for the restaurant aimed at delivering the standard of service and operations expected.
Plan the work roster to ensure sufficient staff are available to properly service the expected number of guests.
Effectively manage the restaurant ensuring the revenue and expenditure targets set in the operating budget are achieved.
Support the F&B Manager and/or the Assistant F&B Manager in the development of annual business plan, operating budget and sales and marketing plan for the F&B Service department.
Support the Sales team in promoting and selling banquets and available banquet space and meeting rooms.
Liaise closely with the F&B Manager/ Assistant F&B Manager and Head Chef to develop menu concepts and ensure the menu is updated regularly.
Support the training and developing of F&B Service personnels.
Ensure all financial and human resource policies and procedures are implemented and followed by F&B Service personnels.
Monitor inventory levels reordering as appropriate to ensure sufficient stock is available at all times.
Consolidate detailed utilisation data in a monthly and annual basis submitting reports to the F&B Manager and/or the Assistant F&B Manager as required.
Support the F&B Manager and/or the Assistant F&B Manager in developing annual calendar of events for the restaurant and the Golf Club.
Implement effective table booking management procedures to ensure the availability is optimised.
Represent the F&B Manager and/or the Assistant F&B Manager at food and beverage events, exhibitions and meetings as required.

Other Duties:

Comply with all standards of performance, operational policies and procedures in place at Hoiana Shores Golf Club at all times.
Participate in appropriated internal and external activities to enhance the company's prestige.
Perform other relevant duties as directed by the F&B Manager and/or the Assistant F&B Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Comprehensive knowledge of restaurant operations for individual and group dining including: service standards, table presentation, inventory control, cost control, health & safety and point of sales systems.
Ability to create innovative food and beverage promotions.
Ability to lead, supervise and motivate a large team.
Possess strong financial and business acumen.
Strong service standard skills.
Ability to relate to staff and golfers from a variety of backgrounds.
Ability to multi task and manage time effectively.
Excellent organisational skills and be able to meet deadlines.
Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
Degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management, Culinary Studies or Food and Beverage related subject.
Minimum 3-year experience working in a food and beverage environment, at least 1 year of which must have been as a Service Captain or Supervisor.
