Receive tech packages from customers and coordinate with relevant teams to clarify and align on technical information.
Update technical information in the system, prepare the BOM (Bill of Materials), material order list, and Swatch Book.
Submit material orders to the
Purchasing team and follow up on order status.
Send BOM and Swatch Book to the Sample Room for sample development.
Review OCPT, FGT results, and material test reports.
Monitor and update sample/trial status, and provide timely feedback to HQ regarding samples, trials, and information requests.
Submit shipment requests to the Shipping team; prepare samples, required documents, hangtags, and packing for shipment.
Collaborate with suppliers to develop new materials and ensure testing and approval in accordance with customer's standards; proactively check material-related risks before mass production (e.g., color fastness, quality issues, delivery lead time, MOQ, etc.).
Monitor and evaluate sample development progress, including material preparation, cutting, sewing, assembly, and sample quantity control before submission to adidas.
Review and approve production samples/PFC prior to mass production.
Work closely with the technical team to identify issues and provide recommendations before bulk production.
Prepare technical notes for production to ensure no missing or unclear information before mass production.
Verify confirmation samples to ensure accuracy before releasing them to production.
Other tasks as assigned by leadership team.
Experienced in footwear sample development. Candidates without experience can be trained.
Good command of English communication.
Strong understanding of footwear products.
