- MyTeam is currently seeking a Frame and Truss Team Leader with 3 years' experience in designing prefabrication timber building (truss/ wall frame or floor) or at least 1 year team leader experience.
* What You'll Do:
- Demonstrate extensive expertise in timber construction to facilitate the training of new staff.
- Have experience in using Engineering software (Smartframe, Hyde design, Mitek Autobeam) to design components in Timber houses or has knowledge about material to build and finish a residential house.
- Maintain quality of output, available to check job and give feedback to staff.
- Be proficient in communicating with English-speaking customers.
- Provide employee support and leadership to meet KPIs.
- Exhibit versatility by working effectively both as a team member and independently.
- Address customer queries promptly and effectively, escalating issues as needed and ensuring timely reporting of information to the manager.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members, suggesting improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Contribute to the development and documentation of relevant systems, procedures, and processes, including checklists and reports, to align with departmental and company objectives.
- Collaborate with the manager by supporting and providing regular reports as required.
- Inspire the team to build a great working environment.
Yêu cầu
* Education
- Bachelor's degree in construction or related field preferred or an Associates plus equivalent experience.
- 3 years' experience in designing prefabrication timber building (truss/ wall frame or floor) or at least 1 year team leader experience.
* Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of Timber construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Previous experience in one of Pryda, Multinail or Mitek, Planswift, [protected info] is mandatory.
- Knowledge of detailing and manufacturing is highly preferable.
* Effective Communication
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) and willing to work flexible hours to accommodate international customers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with international clients.
* Attention to Detail
- Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills in order to manage workload and deadlines of ongoing work and juggle unexpected client needs as they arise.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Problem-Solving Prowess
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and adapt to changing situations.
- Willingness to ask questions, take initiative, and are proactive with your communication.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills to manage deadlines and unexpected client needs.
- Commitment to refining written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor language to suit each client's personality and preferences.
