Main Responsibilities
: Build Litmers' internal ERP for project/resource management and an AI-driven workflow automation system
🔧 Hard Skills
1) FE → BE → DB Integration Development
- Integrate FE generated by v0 / Replit / Cursor with Supabase, Node API, and Postgres DB
- Convert prototypes into fully functioning production services
2) AI-Driven End-to-End Workflow Automation
Analyze company-wide workflows and design/implement AI automation features within the ERP
Build AI pipelines and RAG systems (based on requirements, documents, project data)
for internal automation and intelligent recommendations
3) Code Quality & System Stability
- Review, refine, and improve code generated by AI coding tools
- Ensure data accuracy, handle edge cases, and strengthen reliability
- Refactor and maintain clean, scalable code structures
☁️ Soft Skills
1) Communication & Collaboration
- Work closely and proactively with a Korean PM
- Adapt to a short, fast feedback cycle
2) Embracing New Tools & Environments
- Actively experiment with new AI-driven development environments

Requirements
🔧 Hard Skills
- 2+ years of experience integrating FE → BE → DB
- Ability to understand and implement complex workflows
- Experience building AI-based workflow automation features
☁️ Soft Skills
- Communication in Korean or English
- Strong willingness to learn and adopt new development environments
- Ability to understand product intent and propose better solutions
- Fast comprehension of feature specs and prototypes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building ERP or project management systems
- Strong proficiency with [protected info], React, TypeScript

- Experience handling complex workflow-based system logic
