Fresh Graduates and Experienced Accountants

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the IOSG team as we are seeking highly motivated Fresh Graduates and Experienced Accountants to join our dynamic team. The role involves taxation, accounting & business compliance work for a variety of clients of varying sizes, industries, and entity types. Therefore:
Fresh Graduates: You will be a recent graduate with strong grades in an accountancy or business studies degree from Economics, Finances, or Banking University. You will gain practical experience over a wide variety of our client work, which you will find relevant to your studies. If you are currently studying CAT, ACCA, CPA Australia, or have attended Australian Universities and have Australian Tax work experience is an advantage. We offer fully-supported that you will be required to attend 2 monthly incentive training programs:
• In Australian Accounting Standard as well as Australian Tax Law and Accounting software.
• Keen on developing the skills and experience to prepare financial statements and tax returns for different types of entities in Australia.
• You will be assigned a mentor who will provide you with day-to-day feedback on your progress.
• You will have a peer group of other trainees and apprentices to help with questions and settling in, plus you'll be working directly with managers from day one. We also offer a good work/life balance.
• We are looking for an outstanding candidate to provide them with the training and support to become an even more outstanding accountant.
Experienced members: The position is ideal for someone who possesses some prior experience in accounting and tax and is eager to enhance their expertise in a specialised field. In this role, you will be responsible for various compliance tasks including the preparation and completion of financial statements and income tax returns for various entity types, as well as the construction and maintenance of logical and accurate working papers.
Successful candidates for each position above will work within a professional team of Australian and Vietnamese therefore your English skills must be excellent.
