Position: HR Fresher
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Location: Di An, Binh Duong
Working Hours: 80 AM - 50 PM (Monday to Friday)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Support daily HR and administrative operations, including document filing, contract preparation, and employee record management.
Assist with the recruitment process: posting job ads, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
Help track attendance, leaves, and other HR-related data.
Support employee onboarding and orientation activities.
Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement programs.
Perform other HR or administrative duties as assigned by the HR Supervisor/Manager.
Yêu cầu
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome (internship experience in HR or administration is a plus).
Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Passionate about developing a long-term career in Human Resources.
