We are looking for Fresher Korean Bridge
Software Engineers (Br.SE) who can communicate effectively in Korean and are passionate about working in the IT field.
As a BrSE, you will bridge communication between our Vietnam development teams and Korean clients, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
Participate in online/onsite meetings with Korean stakeholders, assisting with interpretation and requirement discussion.
Support senior BrSEs and
Project Managers in coordinating project tasks and timelines.
Help manage change requests and document updates throughout the development cycle.
Learn and grow with on-the-job training in both IT systems and project management
Yêu cầu

Fresh graduated from university or last year university student waiting for degree with majors in Korean
Good communication skills in Korean (TOPIK level 5 or above is preferred).
English: Intermediate level or higher.
Eagerness to learn IT systems, business workflows, and project communication.
Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and teamwork spirit.
Basic understanding of software development processes is a plus (not mandatory
[Preferred]
Familiar with basic IT terminology, system documentation, or tools like Jira, Confluence.
Korean interpretation/translation experience in a technical or business setting.
Knowledge of UML, flowcharts, or wireframes is a plus.
