Responsible for product planning, delivery and marketing throughout the product life cycle. This includes developing a vision and roadmap for the product based on input from internal stakeholders, customers, market research and their own industry insight.
· Works closely with BA, engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. This job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create a product vision/strategy/objective/goals/roadmap - Communicate to a cross-functional team, and continually adapt it based on direct engagement with customers and users in the field.
- Creatively generate solutions to a wide range of problems while assessing competition, being able to say "no" with clear justification.
- Gather qualitative and quantitative data from the market and from end-users.
- Work with BA to deeply understand the business needs/constraints/opportunities.
- Working with BA & Tech team on building a prototype for idea testing / risk-free on usability/feasibility/value/business-viability testing.
- Run many experiments every month (and use them to make better decisions).
- Collaborate with other departments on product launching.
