Mô tả công việc
- Who is passionate about traveling and is able to guide our team.. You will manage to design and build travel requirements where we build our itinerary in a cutting edge software for our clients for business or holiday and you will provide tourism related services and package tours on behalf of our company. The goal is to keep our clients satisfied in the expectations we have set and loyal for future services.
* The Responsibilities
- Handle customers' enquiries on travel arrangements, perform sales transactions, meet revenue and profit.
- Book accommodation and travel arrangements using industry-specific computer programs.
- Assist with any other duties as assigned by Front Desk Manager.
- Plan and sell transportation, accommodations, insurance and other travel services
- Matching our clients needs and desires to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodations
- Provide relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to travelers.
- Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees
- Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
- Attend travel seminars to remain updated with tourism trends
- Enter data into our software and maintain client files
- Manage office during opening hours
- Great team player & motivator know how to manage systems and not people
- Network with tour operators
- Maintain statistical and financial records
- Handle unforeseen problems and feedback.
- Assist with any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- The successful candidate will also receive a thorough training course, along with ongoing training and support from our Front Desk Manager in a 6 months training you will have the opportunity to grow further in position of Front Desk Manager
Yêu cầu
* Requirements
- Proven work experience as a travel agent or as a manager in the travel industry
- Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems, GDS or other systems
- Vietnamese National Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus
- Basic computer skills with knowledge of MS Office, Google Drive
- Strong sales skills and commercial awareness
- Strong awareness of listening and understanding in detail
- Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
- Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
- Experience in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field/ studies.
- Personal domestic travel experience will be considered an advantage
- Willing to work on weekend and public holidays
- Enjoy interacting with people, outgoing, friendly and energetic personality with customer service skills
- Enjoy challenges and have the ability to create a rapport with people of different ages and different cultures.
- Strong interest in Vietnam histories, geographies, general customs and cultures.
- Resilience to cope with long hours and pressure at peak times
