Mô tả công việc
- Ensure accountabilities are in proper place for the operations of the whole Front Office Department.
- Recommends are implements systems, policies and procedures for each Section in Front Office Department.
- Organizes and schedules the staffing of the Front Office functions to determine room status regularly.
- Receives and assists VIP guests and attends to feedbacks with utmost importance. Resolves guest concern promptly.
- Cooperates and coordinates with other Departments Head in activities of mutual concern.
- Coordinates with Sale Department in maintaining optimum occupancy through strategic planning and allocation of rooms and close coordination with other Department Head concern.
- Submits daily, weekly, monthly and yearly figure on occupancy forecasts for management and financial budgeting purposes.
- Ascertains that credit control procedures are strictly adhered to, that no bills exceed the stipulated limit without prior approval and written confirmation, purchase orders, and order numbers are on file.
- Reviews all reports generated by FIESTA system as to accuracy and timely delivery. Check daily arrival list, room availability, forecast and night reports.
- Keep Front Office personnel well informed on important Hotel developments, changes in policies and procedures, complaints were handled.
- Make sure that the Hotel's Emergency Procedures are well understood and properly implemented in the department.
- Emphasizes to Front Office personnel the importance of cost control, occupancy rate, customer satisfaction and guest relation.
- Coaches and trains Front Office staff. Enforces the Hotel's rules on employee work ethics, behavior and disciplines.
- Hold regular performance appraisal with all senior staff, identifying areas for improvement and training needs. Carries out training programs for subordinates.
- Performs such other related as may be assigned by the Director of Room Division from time to time.
Yêu cầu
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science In Hotel and Restaurant Management or any business course of equivalent experience and training.
- At least ten (10) years in front office and guest relations.
