Mô tả công việc
- Host function at the reception.
- Ensure smooth, efficient work processes and adherence to Accor standards.
- Lead, instruct and train employees and apprentices
- Convey the hotel's image and atmosphere through his/her exemplary attitude, warm and friendly welcome, availability and frequent presence in the field.
- Manage and motivate the teams in order to improve sales and the quality of service offered throughout the Hotel.
- Lead and bring life to MGallery projects and act as an ambassador of the brand. Create an exceptional team and work closely with all operational departments to ensure the success of the property
Yêu cầu
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience working in international 5-star luxury hotels.
- Fluent English skills and experience with the Opera system are required.
- Excellent Communication & Leadership skills
- Pleasant, honest, hardworking and flexible personality; team player.
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Power Point
