Performance
(40%) Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Build solutions using backend and frontend technologies
Take functional requirements and turn them into recommendations on how to implement, use, and maintain websites
Work in close collaboration with technology leads to identify and build the best possible solutions
Assist in estimations as well as architecture definitions and documentation of new solutions
Create documentation for the code and functionality you develop
Follow and contribute to the VELA development standards and guidelines
Ensure adherence to client security and compliance requirements.
Identify and communicate potential risks and dependencies to project management.
Propose initiatives to improve integration technologies and processes.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION (15%)

Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all departments.

OPERATION EXCELLENCE (15%)

Ensure any CHANGEs must record and follow up to avoid any constrains

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (10%) Provide coaching and training to new trainees and provide advice to team members

QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE

- Heath in good condition
- Having experience in project management is preferable
- Ability to communicate well in English
- Customer service skill
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- A fast learner, ability to multi-task and work independently under high pressure
- Good knowledge of Forwarding & Logistics Field is preferable

2+ years of experience with hands-on coding for high-traffic enterprise solutions.
Comprehensive experience with Angular 14+, Type Script, OOP, RXJS, RESTful APIs, Docker, NG-ZORRO Components, UI/UX, HTML, CSS, LESS/SASS.
Working experience with Docker, and Kubernetes.
Working experience with JWT, and SSO service.
Experience with modern front-end build pipelines and common development tools (babel, web pack, npm, etc.)
Working experience with database technologies such as MSSQL, MySQL, Redis, and MongoDB.
Good client interaction and written/verbal communication skills.
