A Frontend Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of frontend engineers, specializing in Mobile, Web, and Quality Control (QC). This role ensures technical excellence, drives innovation, and aligns frontend development with business goals while fostering professional growth and a high-performance culture within the team.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor frontend teams, ensuring high performance and quality deliverables.
Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and technical strategies for web and mobile development.
Collaborate with product managers,
designers, and stakeholders to meet user and business requirements.
Oversee the development and delivery of scalable, responsive, and high-quality applications.
Implement and improve automated testing strategies, tools, and workflows.
Evaluate and adopt modern front-end technologies to enhance productivity and product quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Communicate project progress, risks, and insights to senior management and stakeholders..

Requirements:
Must have:
Experience: At least 7 years in frontend engineering, with a minimum of 5 years in leadership or managerial roles.
Technical Expertise:
Proven track record in web and mobile application development using modern frameworks (e.g., [protected info], [protected info]) and mobile technologies (e.g., React Native).
Strong experience in performance optimization, including analyzing and optimizing bundle sizes, and using performance measurement tools.
In-depth knowledge of web and mobile application security best practices.
Hands-on experience with Progressive Web Applications (PWA).
Automation and Testing: Expertise with automated testing tools such as Postman, Selenium, Katalon, or similar frameworks.
Standards and Accessibility: Familiarity with web performance optimization techniques and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with GraphQL, TypeScript, and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand).
Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in frontend projects.
Knowledge of backend systems and APIs to better collaborate on full-stack solutions.
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
