Position Summary
• The Technical Lead has to have a solid background as a developer and have abilities to effectively communicate with
developers,
project managers, designers, clients and other various stakeholders throughout the project.
• The main tasks for this role include presenting technical direction of development task, encouraging team to work efficiently in agile environment, overseeing work assignment to developers and proactively communicating with the client for better solutions in achieving enhancement/development goals.
• The Technical Lead should not only have experience in development but also have good leadership and management skills.
Responsibilities
• To initiate, direct and outline strategies to achieve the development objective.
• Frequently communicate with client to ensure accurate understanding of development requirements and development related tasks.
• Ensure all technical operation and activities are well communicated within the technical team.
• Overall responsible for development deliverables including detailed documentation of newly added features or modifications.
• Establish workflow to achieve task of aligning developed application with user stories.
• Ensure all technical operation processes and activities are communicated and coordinated internally and across functions, supporting Endpoint Security solutions' overall plan and objectives.
• Overall responsible for the management of technical operations including development for Samsung product Technical Operations, ensuring that planning, quality control, customer service, procurement and contract are living up to agreed technical operations strategies and quality as well as monitoring of these.

[Basic Qualifications]
• More than 5 years of professional experience in frontend development
• Highly experienced in working with and understanding of Git
• Highly proficient with [protected info] framework and its core principles.
• Familiarity with the [protected info] ecosystem.
• Excellent understanding of ECMAScript 6, Clean Code principles and code refactoring
• Familiarity and good understanding of asynchronous processing using AJAX and MVVM, MVP patterns.
• Experienced in working in agile environment and using DevOps tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both technical and user-friendly language.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to conduct research into system issues and applications as required.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Bachelors / Masters' Degree in Computer Science or related field in a reputed institution
• Experience in use RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB) and StoredProcedure
[Preferred Qualifications]
• Experience in any of the following:
o Backend development
o Service development supporting various different HTTP, Browser environments
o Servicing multilingual applications using i18n
o Elastic Search
