We are looking for an exceptional Field Service Engineer who can...
• Conduct on site system installations, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Assist customers to use ESI equipment smoothly.
• Preliminary contact for all of customers' system problems.
• Provide professional service to achieve the best customer satisfaction & loyalty.
• Effectively implement daily service task by following the defined process and follow up till it is closed.
Yêu cầu
• At least 1 years of flex PCB or Laser hardware service experiences
• Minimum Bachelor in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering
• The flexibility to travel domestically & internationally
• Good communication skill, customer oriented, able to prioritize and follow through tasks, work under pressure, able to work flexible hours and overtime if required
• Ability to communicate and write technical reports in English
