Full Stack (Backend Focus | NodeJS + ReactJS)

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who is passionate about building scalable backend systems while also being capable of developing modern ReactJS frontends. This role focuses approximately 60% Backend and 40% Frontend.
ResponsibilitiesBackend (Primary Focus - 60%)
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using NodeJS (NestJS or ExpressJS).
Design clean, secure, and maintainable RESTful APIs.
Develop business logic for enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, and AI products.
Design and optimize database schemas and queries.
Work with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
Optimize backend performance, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with DevOps for deployment and system monitoring.
Frontend (40%)
Develop modern web applications using ReactJS.
Build reusable and maintainable UI components.
Integrate frontend with backend APIs.
Ensure responsive layouts and good user experience.
Optimize frontend performance.
Collaboration
Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Designers, and QA Engineers.
Participate in requirement analysis and technical solution design.
Review code and contribute to engineering best practices.
Take ownership of features from design through deployment.
Contribute to AI-powered and SaaS products serving international clients.
RequirementsRequired
3-7 years of experience in Full Stack or Backend development.
Strong experience with NodeJS (NestJS or ExpressJS preferred).
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
Experience building scalable backend architectures.
Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
Experience working with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
Experience with MongoDB or NoSQL databases.
Understanding of authentication, authorization (JWT, OAuth), and web security.
Experience with Git.
Frontend
Good experience with ReactJS.
Experience with React Hooks and component-based architecture.
Experience integrating REST APIs.
Understanding of responsive web development.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Nice to Have
Experience with NestJS.
