- Working on front-end (javascript/jQuery/Angular), back-end (.NET Core Web API, .NET Core MVC, Python FastAPI), and our mobile applications (Flutter and native development)
- Building beautiful web applications that are responsive, performant, and accessible
- Building REST APIs in microservice-oriented applications run on multiple platforms
- Writing large-scale CSS and JavaScript applications
- Developing Javascript/jQuery/Angular components and managing data-flow using libraries like Relay, GraphQL, etc.
- Creating data visualizations using various related libraries
- Learning the latest technologies and standards to ensure we are always using the best tools and techniques possible
- Collaborating with data scientists, UX and Product owners closely to help develop the right solutions
Your Skills and Experience
Knowledge & Technical skill
- Strong working knowledge of .NET Core, Python, Javascript, jQuery, Angular, K8S (Kubenetes as service), Docker
- Top-to-bottom ownership of new features, including crafting technical specs, writing readable and extensible code, and keeping tabs on post-release metrics
- Experience with web frameworks and libraries in JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, ReactJS
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
- Good knowledge of programming algorithms
- Culture of code reviews and collaborating closely with other people
- Experience with both relational and non-relational databases
- Experience with building responsive user interfaces, accessible markup and modern CSS syntax. You're comfortable writing discoverable and consistent APIs, and take pride in writing successful unit and integration tests for both the front-end and back-end.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent
