FULL STACK DEVELOPER (LEAD ROLE) - LONG‐TERM PROJECT
We are looking for a strong, independent Full Stack Developer to join a long‐term project and build a complete internal business platform used across multiple countries. You will be building a real operational system that manages and expands a growing international business.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
We are developing a full web‐based platform that includes:
* CRM (clients, leads, contracts)
* Storage unit management (occupancy, reservations, availability)
* Billing & payments (Full ERP System)
* Task & operations management (staff workflows, logistics)
* Client portal (accounts, invoices, service requests)
* Pickup & delivery system
* Marketplace (new & used items)
* B2B document storage (secure pickup & archiving)
* Cold storage monitoring (temperature tracking)
* Energy monitoring (usage tracking & billing)
The platform will later expand into mobile apps and additional services.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Design the architecture of the platform
* Build backend APIs and database structure
* Develop the admin dashboard + client portal
* Integrate external systems (billing, payments, logistics)
* Ensure scalability for multi‐country operations
* Work directly with the founder and product manager
* Deliver weekly progress updates and demos
Yêu cầu
• 3-8+ years experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong experience with React, [protected info], Laravel, or similar modern stacks
• Experience building business systems (CRM, dashboards, SaaS platforms)
• Strong database and API design skills
• Good English communication, Spanish also accepted.
• Logical thinker with structured development habits
• Reliable, consistent, and available for long‐term collaboration
