Full stack developer

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain backend services using TypeScript/[protected info] (NestJS), following project standards.
Implement multi-tenant logic, RBAC, and data isolation.
Design database schemas, optimize PostgreSQL queries, and manage migrations.
Build APIs and integrate external systems using APIs and webhooks.
Ensure backend reliability, performance, validation, and error handling.
Write unit and integration tests using Jest/Vitest.
Collaborate with Tech and DevOps teams on deployment.
Package services using Docker and manage runtime configurations.
Use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
Participate in code reviews and support junior team members when needed.
Requirements:
3+ years of backend development experience, primarily with TypeScript/[protected info] (NestJS).
Strong PostgreSQL knowledge, including schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
Understanding of API design, versioning, and integration patterns.
Experience with testing, clean coding practices, JWT, and RBAC.
Familiarity with Docker and multi-tenant systems.
Knowledge of React/[protected info] for internal tools is an advantage.
Good English communication skills to discuss work-related matters with an Australian client.
