Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain both the web frontend (React, [protected info]) and backend ([protected info], NestJS) for our pest control management service
• Participate in projects that go beyond agricultural work management, expanding into new features and additional SaaS services
• Take the lead in architectural design and implementation, ensuring both user experience (UX) and business value are well-balanced
• Integrate with PostgreSQL and Redis databases to securely store and manage large-scale data
• Identify and resolve various operational challenges, including performance optimization, security enhancements, and data accuracy improvements

Desired Skills and Experience

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in frontend development using SPA frameworks such as React, [protected info]
• Interest and experience in backend development using [protected info], NestJS, or similar technologies.
• Passion for improving type safety and maintainability by utilizing TypeScript
• Strong CS fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, databases, and networks, allowing for a systematic approach to problem-solving
• Basic understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL and Redis
• A proactive mindset in identifying problems and exploring various solutions through trial and iteration
• A deep understanding of users' pain points and a strong desire to solve them effectively
• Ability to make development and technical decisions with a holistic view of both user experience and business value as a product engineer

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience in cloud infrastructure development and operations using Docker, AWS, or similar technologies
• Background in Geographic Information System (GIS) development
• Experience in map service development
