Are you a Fullstack Developer who enjoys building products end-to-end - from backend APIs and database design to modern React interfaces?
NewEra Inc. is looking for a Middle Fullstack Developer (3-4 years) to join our engineering team and work on real-world digital transformation products for retail.
💻 WHAT YOU'LL WORK WITH
🔹 Backend: Go / Java / Python
🔹 Frontend: React 19, TypeScript, Vite
🔹 Database: PostgreSQL / SQL
🔹 Caching & Messaging: Redis, NATS
🔹 Real-time: WebSocket, fanout, synchronization
🔹 Architecture: Event-driven, microservices
🔹 Security: JWT, RBAC, permission, input validation
🔹 DevOps: Docker, GitLab, GCP
🔹 Observability: Prometheus, OpenTelemetry
✨ WHAT YOU'LL DO
Build features end-to-end, from backend APIs to React web UI
Design PostgreSQL schemas, queries, indexes, transactions and migrations
Build REST APIs and real-time features using WebSocket
Work with Redis and message queues in an event-driven architecture
Integrate internal and third-party APIs/services
Implement authentication, authorization and basic security practices
Write tests, review code, debug and optimize systems
Package applications with Docker and coordinate deployments
🎯 WE'RE LOOKING FOR
✅ 3-4 years of Fullstack Development experience
✅ Strong experience with React + TypeScript
✅ Proficiency in at least one backend language: Go / Java / Python
✅ Good understanding of PostgreSQL / SQL, Redis and REST API design
✅ Familiarity with WebSocket / real-time systems and message queues
✅ Experience with Git & Docker
✅ Good English reading comprehension for technical documentation
✅ Product & systems mindset, proactive and able to work independently
🤖 AI EXPERIENCE = BIG PLUS
