Full Stack Engineer

Lodestone Analytics is building a software platform for renewable energy project development, helping developers and investors screen, analyse and manage solar, wind and energy-storage projects.
We are looking for a Junior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team in Hanoi and work closely with our CTO on the development of the Lodestone platform.
What you'll do
· Support in building and running a secure, multi-tenant web product for renewable energy project development.
· Fix bugs and improve the reliability and performance of existing features.
· Support deployment and operation of the application.
· Work with Python services and data-processing workflows where needed.
Requirements
· 2 years of software-development experience
· TypeScript, React, [protected info], Python/FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Drizzle and SQLAlchemy.
· Secure SaaS systems: tenant isolation, role-based access, row-level database security, API design, database migrations, audit logs and file-upload security.
· Cloud delivery and reliability: Google Cloud Storage and IAM, container services, Railway or similar platforms, async workers, caching, observability, performance profiling and safe releases.
· Automated testing across frontend, API, database and Python code.
Nice to have
· Geospatial product work: MapLibre, PMTiles, vector and raster data, OpenStreetMap, coordinate systems, and map performance.
· AI document systems: retrieval-augmented generation, citations and source provenance, document extraction, streamed answers, evaluation and safety controls.
· LLM systems: structured extraction, prompts, local and hosted models, model evaluation, cost and latency control, and safe provider configuration.
