ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Middle Full-stack Developer to join our engineering team, working on international projects such as E-learning platforms, ERP, and CRM systems.
In this role, you will:
- Work directly with clients from EU, US, UAE, and APAC markets
- Participate in requirement discussions and technical solutions with overseas stakeholders
- Have opportunities for overseas business trips and on-site assignments
- Take ownership of both frontend and backend development, with strong emphasis on frontend quality and performance

✅ RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, and TailwindCSS
- Build modern, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services
- Collaborate directly with international clients to clarify requirements and provide technical consultation
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing, deployment)
- Optimize performance and ensure system scalability and security
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Contribute to technical improvements and code reviews within the team
✅ REQUIREMENTS - 1+ years of experience in web development
- Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS and NodeJS
- Experience with TailwindCSS or modern CSS frameworks
- Solid understanding of frontend architecture and best practices
- Experience building full-stack applications
- Basic knowledge of databases (SQL or PostgreSQL preferred)
- Good English communication skills (comfortable working with foreign clients)
Nice to have
- Experience with PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Previous experience working with international clients
