JOB DESCRIPTION
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications with a [protected info] frontend and Go-Lang backend for logistics technology solutions
- Build and manage containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes
- Contribute to the development and deployment of cloud-native applications on AWS and Azure
- Ensure code quality through thorough code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers to enhance team capability
- Work directly with an existing international client development team to define requirements and deliver solutions
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other application issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
JOB REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVE
- At least 4 years of professional software development experience, with full-stack expertise.
- Strong proficiency in [protected info] and Go-Lang, with a proven track record of delivering production-quality applications.
- Hands-on experience with containerized solutions (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Practical experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) for application deployment and scaling.
Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration. - Solid experience with database technologies, especially Microsoft SQL Server.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, able to explain complex technical concepts and work directly with international clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with real-time dashboards, transaction-heavy systems, or high-throughput platforms.
- Familiarity with WebSockets, event-driven systems, caching layers, and performance optimization.
- Experience with cloud-native deployment environments, observability tooling, and production troubleshooting.
- Ability to act as a technical anchor for modules and guide engineering decisions without people-management responsibility (IC leadership).
