Role Overview
You will be responsible for the enhancement and development of an insurance company's Digital Distribution Channels (online and mobile insurance sales platforms).
Working closely with business stakeholders, UX
designers, and architecture teams, you will help build a stable, scalable, and customer-centric digital insurance platform.
This role also involves collaboration with global stakeholders to support digital channel development tailored to international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop Digital Distribution Channels (Web / Mobile) for insurance services
Implement end-to-end digital channel functionalities, including online insurance enrollment, quotation, policy application, payment, and customer management
Perform Java-based full-stack development, covering both back-end and front-end components
Integrate with internal and external systems (Core Insurance, Payment, CRM, APIs, etc.)
Collaborate and communicate with global development and operations teams
Enhance system performance, ensure platform stability, and respond to operational issues
Adhere to development standards, security policies, and financial industry regulatory requirements
