Develop, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure backend services and APIs (RESTful/GraphQL) for web and mobile applications.
Design, implement, and optimize database structures (SQL and NoSQL), ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis, architecture design, to deployment, testing, and system maintenance.
Write clean, readable, maintainable code with clear documentation, following best coding standards.
Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge within the team.
Work closely with Frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to integrate system components and ensure a seamless user experience.
Research and apply new technologies, tools, and methods to improve development processes and product quality.
Handle bugs, optimize performance, and troubleshoot system issues to ensure stable and continuous operation.

Yêu cầu
8+ years of professional software development experience
Strong full-stack profile (not frontend-only or backend-only)
Solid experience with Python backend development
Strong React + TypeScript skills
Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL)
Comfortable working in a remote, asynchronous environment
Proven ability to work independently and take ownership
Strong communication skills in English
Experience working with complex business domains (ERP, finance, logistics, etc.)
Nice to Have
Experience with ERP or construction, finance, or accounting systems
Prior experience in product companies (not only outsourcing)
Svelte experience
Familiarity with AWS infrastructure concepts
Experience mentoring or onboarding other developers
