Functional Consultant (Middle - Senior)

Role Description: We are looking for a Middle/Senior Functional Consultant to lead our ERP implementation projects from start to finish. In this role, you will be the main bridge between our clients and the technical team, ensuring that business requirements are properly understood and successfully turned into working system solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Lead ERP implementation projects, from requirement gathering and process design to system setup, testing, and go-live.
Client Advisory: Work closely with client managers and key stakeholders to understand their business needs and recommend best-practice ERP solutions.
HRIS & Workday Execution: Design and configure HRIS processes, especially in Workday, to help clients streamline their HR and workforce management.
Team Guidance: Mentor and guide Junior/Middle Consultants in the team, quality-checking project deliverables.
Quality & Delivery: Oversee data migration, system integration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and end-user training.
Candidates with a strong background in HRIS/ERP or hands-on experience with Workday are strongly preferred.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of working experience in ERP functional consulting and implementations.
Skills: Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, or HR) and ERP workflows.
Big Advantage: Solid experience with HRIS systems, ideally with practical experience in Workday (HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, or Benefits).
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, project management, and team leadership skills.
Language: Good command of written and spoken English, capable of presenting to clients confidently.
