Job Description
- Provide consulting and lead the implementation of projects related to SFA and OMS solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the
Project Manager and project team members to drive project success, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality objectives are met.
- Provide expert advice to the Project Manager on project risks (business, technical, operational) and recommend mitigation actions.
- Perform detailed analysis of business requirements and identify gaps.
- Provide appropriate system solutions, prepare Business Process Blueprints, and document gap analysis.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Sales & Distribution, providing deep expertise and standardizing operational processes across SFA, OMS, and DMS systems, including distributor management, pricing, discounts, and promotions.
- Design Functional Specifications for forms, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and workflows.
- Design, configure, and implement OMS and SFA solutions.
- Develop test scenarios and execute system testing, including new developments.
- Prepare User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and guide end-users through UAT execution.
- Prepare training materials and deliver end-user training.
- Advise on data migration, prepare migration templates, validate migrated data, and support migration execution.
- Provide post go-live support to ensure system stability, resolve issues, and optimize configurations.
