MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Liaise with regulators (mainly State Securities Commission) on regulatory issues;
- Liaise with relevant external partners including service providers(custodian banks, auditors, 3rd-Parties providers) to ensure smooth coordination, compliance, and operation of these external parties with the company.
- Liaise with Accounting Department to prepare periodic reports and information disclosures as required by regulators in a responsible and timely basis.
- Liaise with Legal Department on major contract revision, updates for new products/services.
- Promptly report, raise issue related to operation to manager for resolution.
- Drafting preparing dossiers for establishment of investment funds.
- Monitor and update any change regarding the operation of the investment funds.
- Identify and recommend operational improvement.
Yêu cầu
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Education: Bachelor in Finance/Accounting/Economic/Banking major
- Experience: At least 2 years experience in back office of Securities or fund management company
- Computer: Proficiency in MS Office, especially excel.
- English: Good command of Speaking and Writing skill.
- Basic analytical capability
- Responsible and collaborative working attitude
- Being able to deliver objectives under pressure
- Good communication and presentation skill
