Job Description:
G.G.G Cosmetics seeks a dynamic and innovative Brand Manager to be in charge building brand awareness and equity. This role requires a strategic thinker with a creative, disruptive mindset and a passion for driving impactful communication and activation campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in cosmetics, fashion, or creative advertising agencies, with a proven ability to create marketing campaign ideas and execute projects with precision and passion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy & Development:
o Develop and execute a strategic brand plan to build strong brand equity and awareness.
o Craft and implement creative, disruptive communication and activation campaigns to differentiate our brand in the market.
2. Communication & Activation:
o Plan and oversee all brand communication activities, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand identity.
o Planning and execute activation campaigns across digital, in-store, and offline platforms to engage consumers effectively.
3. KOL/KOC & Media Collaboration:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, KOCs and media partners to amplify brand visibility.
o Leverage influencer networks and media partnerships to support brand awareness campaigns and product launches.
4. Relationship Management:
o Cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including retail partners.
o Ensure seamless collaboration to deliver high-quality outputs and meet project deadlines.
5. Performance Tracking & Analysis:
o Monitor and evaluate the performance of brand campaigns and initiatives, using insights to refine future strategies.
o Provide regular reporting on key metrics, campaign effectiveness, and ROI to drive continuous improvement.
6. Project Management:
o Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand objectives.
o Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute initiatives effectively and efficiently.
Yêu cầu
Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, creative agencies or related fields.
• Background in cosmetics, fashion, or lifestyle industries is a strong advantage.
Skills:
• Strategic brand management and planning.
• Creative thinking and a knack for disruptive ideas.
• Strong relationship management with KOLs, KOCs, and media networks.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
