About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced and creative Game Designer who will be responsible for crafting engaging gaming experiences. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of game mechanics, player behavior, and numerical balancing.
Responsibilities:
Create detailed Game Design Documents (GDDs), covering themes, UI/UX, and core gameplay features.
Design and balance gameplay systems, progression, and reward structures.
Clearly articulate and visualize game flow, rules, and logic for Art, Sound, and Engineering teams.
Collaborate closely with Art and Engineering teams to ensure optimal gameplay experience.
Partner with Product/PM teams to ensure all designs align with project requirements and goals.
Conduct competitive analysis of global market trends to identify successful mechanics and opportunities for innovation.
Yêu cầu
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Game Designer or related roles.
Strong understanding of game mechanics and numerical balancing concepts.
Proven ability to translate creative visions into clear, actionable GDDs.
Fluent in English for communication, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
Familiar with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
Proficient in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
Flexible and able to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
