Mô tả công việc
• Communicate with buyers regarding product requirements, fabrics, trims, and approvals.
• Develop and follow up samples from proto -> fit -> SMS (if have) -> PP -> TOP.
• Prepare costing sheets, negotiate prices with supplier/ factory, and manage order confirmations.
• Source fabrics, trims, and accessories, factory (if need); prepare Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Coordinate with factories on production planning and ensure timely delivery.
• Follow up lab-dips, fabric approvals, print/embroidery strike-offs, trims and testing.
• Work closely with QA/QC teams to maintain quality standards.
• Monitor production status, solve problems quickly, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Handle documentation including PO, PI, packing list, and shipping details.
Yêu cầu
• Experience in garment merchandising (knit, woven: blazer, outerwear jacket, pant, short... - depending on your company).
• Strong communication, negotiation, solve problem.
• Good understanding of garment construction and production processes.
• Able to handle multiple styles and tight timelines.
• Organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
• English proficiency (basic-good level depending on your need).
