Foreign Trade Clothing Follow-up Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for following up and arranging customer samples and orders.
2. Responsible for following up and arranging customer materials.
3. Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and resolve issues.
4. Work with production to arrange production plans and follow up on schedules.
5. Responsible for sending and receiving customer emails and replies.
Yêu cầu
Job Requirements:
1. Proficient in English, open to all genders.
2. Over two years of experience in foreign trade follow-up in the textile and clothing sector, familiar with the follow-up work process.
3. Proficient in using computers and office equipment for drafting documents; familiar with clothing and foreign trade terminology in English.
4. Good professional ethics, personal quality, and communication and coordination skills.
5. Strong pressure resistance and team spirit.
