• Inspect PP Samples (Pre-production Samples) and TOP Samples according to customer requirements.
• Compare samples with the Tech pack, measurement chart, patterns, images, and technical specifications.
• Check stitching quality, measurements, materials, trims, finishing, and overall appearance of the samples.
• Identify defects, analyze root causes, and propose corrective actions.
• Work directly with the pattern department and sample line/team leader to ensure samples meet standards.
• Prepare Sample Inspection Reports and submit them to management.
• Follow up on sample development progress to ensure samples are inspected on schedule.
• Support QA/
Merchandiser in preparing technical information for bulk production.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum 1 year of experience as QC/QA for sample inspection in the garment industry.
• Strong understanding of the sample development process, sample approval stages, and transition to bulk production.
• Solid knowledge of sewing techniques and common sample defects.
• Ability to read Tech pack, Spec sheet, patterns, and reference samples.
• Strong ability to evaluate samples accurately and in detail.
• Good reporting skills and ability to provide clear feedback on defects.
• Proficient in Excel, email, and reporting tools.
• Good communication with technical teams, pattern makers, and sample sewing lines.
• Basic English is an advantage (reading documents, communicating with customers).
• Careful, observant, and detail-oriented in sample inspection.
• Honest, responsible, and dependable.
• Proactive, able to work independently, and able to meet tight deadlines.
