JOB DESCRIPTION
Routine Tasks
1. Follow up recruitment matters: General Labor, staff and interview and selection. Deliver full recruitment services including front end needs analysis, job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and employee offers.
2. Follow up training center and make sure machines, components were ready before transfer to production line.
3. Check and make sure all report of HR department are accurate and consistence. Maintain and secure HR information system that is accurate, timely and reliable, which provides qualitatively high information for decision making.
4. Maintain and update to secure the correctness of personal profiles, administration and labor
contracts
- Follow up and make sure all performance appraisals, labor contracts are reviewed and hand over to employees on time.
5. Attend discipline action for major cases.
6. Attend morning meeting and highlight any issues related to recruitment, turnover,
7. Secure employee handbook is maintained, updated, containing all relevant topics for new and
current employees.
8. Attend the meeting with Supervisor, Production In charge, Production Manager daily to remind and guide Supervisor in relationship building with new emloyee and corrective action plan.
9. Responsible for preparing monthly payroll for expatriates, ensuring accurate calculations and
compliance with applicable tax and labor laws.
- Manage all aspects of Compensation & Benefits, including personal income tax, social insurance
contributions, attendance monitoring, and payroll processing.
10. Manage and coordinate procedures related to work permits, visas, and temporary residence cards for expatriates and their accompanying family members, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. Liaise with official authorities and internal departments to facilitate timely and accurate document processing.
11. Possess a basic understanding of social compliance practices and responsibilities.

1. Secure Spirit including Vision, Mission and Value are in place and constantly communicated
organizational wise.
3. Being HR Business partner and consultant to other department to enhance HR's image and add
value to organization.

Qualifications
• University graduated (major in law/ business administration)
Experiences
• 5 years as similar position.
• Chinese language required - basic communication
Other Skills
• Excellent communication skills, analytical and continuous learning skills, Counseling.
• Strong command of Chinese is preferred (written and oral).
• Leadership, team building, partnership building.
