• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations for the F&B division.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations and standards.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial audits.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights to management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Acting as Chief Accountant in strategic financial planning and decision-making.
• Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior accounting staff.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the F&B sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Experience in managing financial audits is a plus.
• Professional certification of Chief Accountant is preferred.
