General Accountant - Kế Toán Tổng Hợp

Role Purpose
To ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, full compliance with statutory and tax requirements, and to support business decision-making through effective financial analysis and continuous process improvements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Accounting & Closing
• Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions in compliance with VAS and company policies
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger and sub-ledgers
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes within agreed timelines
• Maintain chart of accounts and ensure proper accounting treatments
2. Sub-ledger & Working Capital
• Manage AR/AP processes including contract review, invoicing, and reconciliations
• Monitor receivables, payables, and enforce credit policies
• Support cash flow forecasting and payment planning
• Oversee inventory, costing, and fixed assets, including stocktake participation
3. Tax & Compliance
• Prepare and submit all tax filings (VAT, CIT, FCT, PIT where applicable)
• Ensure compliance with VAS and local regulations
• Coordinate with tax authorities and external auditors
4. Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights to management
• Support internal reporting and business decision-making
5. Process & Control
• Improve accounting processes and reporting efficiency
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure audit readiness
• Support system enhancements and data accuracy
6. Additional Duties
• Responsible for sales analysis, debtor collections, credit policy enforcement, and payment processing.
• Complete ad hoc tasks as assigned by Line Manager and Group Finance Controller.
