An American manufacturing company is hiring the General Accountant position which is responsible for managing accounts payable (AP) records, handling payment processes, and inputting general entries into the SAP system.
- Process and record AP documents; ensure timely payments to suppliers in alignment with agreed payment terms.
- Monitor and control Fixed Assets and tooling items.
- Manage cash flow and update weekly cash flow reports.
- Verify accounting vouchers and ensure documentation compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist in developing and implementing finance and accounting policies and procedures.
- Support the
Finance Manager in monthly and yearly financial closings.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, preferably in FDI (EPE type) companies.
Skills & Personal Attributes
- Proficient in SAP accounting software.
- Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and financial processes.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management.
- High level of confidentiality with company and partner information.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in Capital Expenditure (Capex) and budgeting is a strong advantage.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (required).
- English: Proficiency in all four skills (reading, writing, listening, speaking).
