Mô tả công việc
Summary of position:
Handling all accounting operations.
Responsible to all finance functions such as Budgeting, Operating, Finance & Accounting procedure, Financial reports.
Assist and report to Finance Manager and Deputy Finance Manager as requirement.
Major Responsibilities
Update and ensure all accounting records are properly kept and updated in accordance with prevailing accounting and tax regulations.
Executes PIT, VAT, CIT and other tax reporting. Handle all tax matters and Deal with Tax Department and related governmental authorities.
Monitors the daily operations of accounting activities.
Prepare/Review accounting books, accounting and tax reports
Prepare all general ledger transactions and reconcile the trial balance on monthly/quarter/ year fiscal (fiscal statement and reports).
Assist Managers in financial reporting, accounting period close, audit preparation and related tasks.
Organize and check filing, storage of finance/accounting documents according to regulation of state and company.
Liaison with bankers, auditors and tax department.
Other responsibilities
Other tasks assigned by Finance Manager & Deputy Finance Manager.
Authorization:
· Rights to access Company's accounting system
· Support from Finance Manager & Deputy Finance Manager if needed
Yêu cầu
Knowledge
· Bachelor Degree of Finance/Accounting/Auditing or equivalent.
· ACCA will be an asset.
· Knowledge of Vietnam accounting, tax law and statutory reporting required.
Skill
· Good at MS Offices; knowledge and experience of using Accounting systems.
· Good command of English/Vietnamese (both in oral & written communication).
· Good interpersonal, communication skills.
Attitude:
· Possess a can-do attitude

· Willing to learn, conscientious and enthusiastic.
· Being careful, cooperative and achievement-driven attitude
